With temps at negative 4 to negative 6 this morning, all I can think when I look at this picture is: that wouldn’t happen here!

It is a man! I saw this guy in Barcelona, Spain. This was obviously taken in the same area I saw him too. Wondering if this is from the same day I was there, or if Mr. Camoskirt is a regular there?
