I agree fishnets always work, but this is a period piece. Maybe black hose and a sheer front panel, curved up split to a mid-thigh (for graceful flow when walking) with a ruffle matching the bodice running all along the edge. The hair could be wilder, long, dark and wavy. The shoes could be ankle boots, not too high a heel/platform. Russet lipstick to match the bodice.
