At first glance I thought this woman was disrobing as she walked into an ocean wave. Closer examination revealed that she is in fact walking through a parking lot. Are clothing-optional parking lots the vacation destination of landlocked states? I’m asking for a friend.

No…it’s one of those off-the-shoulder tops with attached sleeves. I think she’s reaching her arms backwards to stretch out her back or something. If she were some kind of knit sweater or jacket, with her arms like that, if she were disrobing, the front would be open and you’d see each side of the front down under her arms. That being said, I never thought those kinds of tops were very chic to begin with…and with those shorts…no way.
Even if she’s not completely taking her shirt off, there’s definitely some emptiness where there shouldn’t be. But seriously, if that’s a shirt with just a wide neck, that has to be seriously wide.
