That’s because thong bikinis are not really considered appropriate to wear in public in North America (and I take it you’re American). If this photo was taken in Europe or something, and she’s anywhere near the beach, she’s dressed pretty normally. If she’s in North America, she’s still pretty normal-looking aside from the slightly questionable thong bikini…
