Could be that the dog is so old that she can’t walk that well anymore. Or has an injury. My dog’s a rescue from a puppy mill where she was a breeder. One front and one back leg are slightly deformed due to poor care and growing up in a cage. While she can walk after awhile she seems to be suffering a little and I have to carry her for awhile to give her legs a break.
