I am however, a Burlesque performer, and therefore get on stage in corsets. So far, very few people find it appalling. I’m the heavy girl (size 18) on our stage, and thats the beauty of it… we have something for everyone! Not everyone likes a skinny woman.

I think she is a beautiful woman wearing absolutely the wrong outfit. There is nothing flattering, interesting, or attractive in that outfit. Even if she wanted to show skin, there are better ways to do it. This outfit looks as though pieces of white cloth have been tied on randomly.
And yeah, I’ll confess that I think boobs and butts should be covered in public–it keeps them more exciting in private.

Kudos to her for being so comfortable in her own skin, wearing something so revealing, but at the same time, that dress would be tacky on someone half that size. It’s too tight on her and looks uncomfortable. and if she tripped or did too challenging a dance move, just about every private part would end up on display. The problem is that she’s like an overstuffed sausage, and that dress only emphasizes her size and makes her seem almost grotesque, rather than working with her size and making the best of her features.
Sorry, no respect here as she obviously has none herself. Pretty? In two or three cultures and primitive ones at that. At least she is happy, but for how long? Even if diabetes does not get here here weight will cripple her in short order, not to mention the damage to shoulders and back from her huge teats. She is a train wreck with very little future and less chance of meaningful employment. I would be willing to chip in for the gastric bypass; only if she would have corresponding psychological therapy to go along with it. But if she did not have the therapy there is a 75-85%+ chance at gaining the weight back. So sad for one so young.

i’m not small, but i like my body now that i’ve come to accept that beauty is not tied to size. that said…there’s a limit. i’ve always said that just because they make it in your size doesn’t mean you should wear it…but in this case, it’s not even her size! there’s nothing wrong with dressing sexy, but this isn’t sexy..at all! wearing too small clothes is a mistake women of all sizes make. i’ve seen women who are a size 4 but are wearing a size 0 and they end up looking fat, even though they’re no where near fat…. you just have to accept your size and buy clothes…in THAT size! that said, thumbs up for the confidence. i worry about looking fat in a tshirt and jeans. i’d kill for an ounce of her confidence.
