You can’t tell me that these things are actually marketed and sold to the public as skirts. Perhaps the clothing industry should be regulated by some FDA-like agency to prevent these sorts of atrocities. You can’t package up shards of glass and label them as “food,” and you shouldn’t be able to put a hair tie on a hanger and call it a skirt.
