Eek. This program is not responding.

  2. Blimey. I not even going to attempt to upgrade my iPhone now. Thanks for the warning.

  3. Kernow says:

LOL I think its some waitig room in a job centre somewhere liverpool or manchester

    • Val-D says:

how could you mess up waiting

      • Failette says:

Kernow… Cornish. Says it all really…. I’ll translate.

I have no friends, the low level radiation in the area has made me sterile, my parents are first cousins, and my partner is sleeping with our Labrador when I’m out signing on for benefits.

Now do you understand who Kernow messed up waiting, and dropped “in” as well.

Keep Cornwall clean, kill a yokel.

  4. blue says:

Geez, the girl looks like she’s 14. Show some mercy and take this down, please.

  5. hodar says:

Gosh, that looks horribly uncomfortable, cutting off circulation to the legs kind of fashion faux pas.
She looks at most 14, how did her parents let her out of the house like this!

  6. lmaobucket says:

probably some soldier in a waiting room, look at the acu’s. and this is why there should be an application process for wearing shorts and “im a hottie” type shirts

  7. Nick4tical says:

That is hands down the biggest FUPA I’ve ever seen!!

  8. Demidan says:

So fucking sorry to hear that you are an upgrade.

  9. wookie says:

well the ‘I’m a hottie’ type shirt makes sense, you have to think you’re pretty darn hot to attempt short shorts…

  10. Adam says:

Thank you, Mr. Army man, for capturing this picture. (I’d recognize that uniform anywhere.) It’s bad enough that she’d wear those shorts… She has to top it off with that shirt? My my, how could anyone resist that?

    • *censored* says:

Wrong. As Talented Kitten pointed out, this is an Airman.

      • Gaydogluvr;D says:

No this is a Army soldier

        • Gothbunny says:

Both have the same digital camo now.

          • wreninak says:

            No we don’t.

            • Gothbunny says:

Funny, my Marine, Air Force and Army buds all have the same digital camo. They’re not to happy about the new, but it’s basically all the same pattern. I’m also talking about BDUs, not dungarees, dress blues, flight suits, jump suits or the old MOPs, and of course not the formal uniforms.

              • sigh says:

All three have VERY different digital cammies (utilities, camo, blah blah whatever each branch calls them). This is a soldier in the pic, the Air Force’s cammies have a blue-ish hue and a different general look. Marines, on the other hand, have a completely different digital pattern with the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor mixed into the print. And theirs are green-based woodlands and khaki-based deserts, depending on the time of year.

And in 9 years of being in and/or married to a Marine, I have not found this to be the stereotypical military wife. Maybe Marines just have better standards?

      • sad but true says:

Oh, and I live and work in a town that has adjoining large Army and Airforce bases. See the difference all the time and they’re ACU’s – Army.

      • The air force ABU’s are tiger stripe

  11. Maleficent says:

Lemme guess… this photo was taken in Killeen, TX.

  12. Mariah says:

I firmly believe that a flame-thrower is a correct tool for dealing with fashion disaster like this.

  13. Aylsa says:

Anybody else wondering (hoping) if she’s pregnant?

  14. sam says:

    THIS IS JUST GROASE

  15. Sarah says:

Don’t fall for it, people! If Windows Vista has taught us anything, it’s that “Up-grades” are not always a good thing!

  16. Sarah says:

And that comment makes you uglier than anybody on this site.

  17. maglindracia says:

Shirt OVER shorts, or shorts the right size, sweetie.

And she does look 14. I see a ring on that finger, but no way to know its a wedding ring. I see no tattoo, though I do see a stray lock of hair on her chest that might be mistaken as one?

  18. maglindracia says:

oh wait….. on her arm. Somehow i was just not able to focus there earlier. Okay. She’s legal. But she still looks 14 to me, lol.

  19. kitten says:

shes got that sad little roll of fat in her upper thigh already. I feel bad for her. she is a child and she hasn’t been taken care of well.

  20. Nilla says:

My sister got her first tattoo at 14…
Anyway my eyes seemed to have melted thanks to this picture. On the bright side, I’ll never be able to see anything this gross ever again.

  21. Schaden Freude says:

Making fun of overweight people makes me feel better about myself! Yay!

    • R0bot_Egg says:

I have no problem with her size. Just what she is wearing. I mean my god! She must have passed some form of mirror. Even if she didn’t, can’t she feel those shorts cramed up her crack that way, and know something isn’t right? If I was sitting across from her I would take a picture too.

      • Jahzzie says:

Agreed, her weight isn’t the issue. The fact that she has no idea what “appropriate clothing in public” is the point of this post. I’ve seen “large” women of any age wear clothing that is WAY more flattering.

  22. Gothbunny says:

It’s not my concern she’s overweight, it’s the fact that she’s clueless to how to dress for her size or in good taste!

  23. Kelsie says:

Too bad you’re ugly on the inside.

  24. Aayin says:

    1. This is an Army uniform. I wore this uniform and I know it well. The Air Force do have digis as well, but they are a different pattern.

    2. That poor woman. I wonder who told her that this was okay.

  25. SameClothes says:

You know, I have those same pants. Got them from an Army Surplus store. And so you know, I’m not in any military branch. =) I just own the pants. Maybe this person does too…? Shouldn’t just assume things.

    • N/A says:

I’d rather assume that the person wearing them is military than assume they’re the kind of azzhat who wear military uniforms when they haven’t served a day in their life.

      • Gothbunny says:

I own a few sets of BDUs. And a formal jacket from a Marine uniform, a formal Naval uniform a few PT shirts from the Marines and the Army and a set of dog tags that saw combat in Iraq. Plus a Congressional Medal of Honor. Not too mention a Green Beret field jacket. I have never served in the military, not because I didn’t want too, but because I couldn’t pass the physical due to asthma I’ve had since childhood. (and trust me, I wanted nothing more than to be a Marine, college took the back burner to serving) I wear the Marine jacket, PT shirts and BDU pants and sometimes the blouse (they make great light weather jackets) on a regular basis because they are comfortable. All of these items (except the Medal of Honor, that was awarded to my grandfather and was left to me) were given to me by dear friends who have served with honor and distinction. Does that make me the kind of asshat you referred to in your comment?

        • atheist says:

um yes. Do you feel like a dumbass when people asked you if you served?? And just to defend myself, I joined the Army less than a month after 9/11/01…DID serve.

          • Gothbunny says:

No. Not at all. I just state simply that I was unable to serve but I do support our women and men in the Armed Forces with pride.
Well, thank you for your service, but maybe you should take a refresher course in basic language arts. You always capitalize a word when starting a sentence and it’s only punctuation mark at the end of a sentence. That said, Every piece of uniform was given to me by someone who served, not one piece was bought. Those Army dog tags I mentioned? Those were actually won in a bet. The bet was that I could kick an Army NCO’s ass, and I would not be in possession of those tags if I hadn’t won that fight. (dropped him in less than 2 minutes) So, before you get all sanctimonious on someone for wearing some BDU pants bought at a surplus store, remember this, just because you served (and thank you for doing so) does NOT give you the right to be a self righteous prick giving every solider, sailor, and airman out there a bad name.

        • Anonymous Coward says:

And thanks to your grandfather for his service.

Also — no one is going to confuse vintage uniform item for current ACU’s!

Ummm… other than the folks currently on the forum, apparently.

  26. Didi says:

I love that this was taken by an AD member of the military. Looks like Army digital cammo. Go, Army! Sad, pathetic dependent.

    • *censored* says:

As I stated previously to another poster who had a similar sentiment to yourself, GFYS!

      • atheist says:

don’t hate the person talking shit, hate the stereotype….that you are.

        • Anonymous Coward says:

@atheist – ur statement was made of win

Though, sadly I have been on too many US Army bases and have seen too much of this same thing. OTOH, being an IT providor, I see quite a bit of it in the civilian world as well. “Poor People Food” (a/k/a “affordable”) seems to be all fat and crap, heathy food costs much more. And the US Govt (regardless of party) thinks the military is making *way too much money* and keeps making cuts in things like, ummm, family support for deployed troops and the like. Very few of our current crop of politicians have served, many distain the military in general, and a good number that were old enough for the last draft were able to get “rich daddy” deferments.

So, ummm, to hell with everybody, eh?

  27. Kay Schmidt says:

I think people who dress like this want to wear the cute / short /tight whatevers, and have accepted that they will never be any smaller, so they just go for it.
*thinks of own abdomen. Thoughts suddenly frozen*

  28. Meghan says:

If she’s the upgrade I’d really hate to see the downgrade.

  29. elliejane says:

My guess is that she didn’t look like that when she got dressed in the morning, which is why she’s waiting in the emergency room. I hope the swelling goes down, so you can get back out of those awful clothes, sweetie.

  30. Sickwacko says:

If that’s the upgrade, I really don’t want to see the previous one.

  31. nostromo says:

That’s her Mum sitting next to her and it looks like she can see him taking the picture….hope he got out of that waiting room alive…maybe someone retrieved the photo from his dismembered corpse.

    • kida says:

Actually, from the looks of things, there is another row of chairs behind her, in front of the window, and the lady appears to be going to sleep or looking down

  32. Rae says:

Looks like the Post Pass office on Ft Hood, ROFL.

  33. Maggie S says:

    She’s the upgrade from today’s entry (It’s Getting’ Hot in Herrrrre . . .)

  34. Nelson says:

    There’s a difference between upgrading and super-sizing.

  35. captain says:

She’s no upgrade – she’s the full meal deal.

  36. ttone says:

definitely a military spouse who let her self go

    • *censored* says:

GFYS also. Why assume she is a mil spouse?

      • sad but true says:

I don’t know why you’re so offended. It was my first thought. I am an Army wife and sadly, do admit that there are A LOT more spouses out there that look like this awful thing than any of us would like to see. Maybe their comments are hitting a little close to home?

      • atheist says:

        omg get over yourself

    • AKtoMD says:

Unfortunately, agreed. As a mil-spouse, I can safely say most women marry their service member and automatically become fat and lazy. I work full time and go to college half-time and I do believe I (and spouses like me) am the exception to the rule.

  37. bonzo says:

Um, no thanks. I’m not an early adopter.

  38. violetxrain says:

Don’t they have to censor her face?

  39. racer says:

i wouldnt upgrade to that. probly get a virus. besides anything with a front ass is never good for your hard drive.

  40. [...] I´m your Upgrade – Selbstbewusstsein ist alles! [...]

  41. Sturm.Fee says:

My goth… it must HURT to just wear that.

  42. Lee says:

The woman in pink’s face matches mine when I saw this

  43. SaiyuriSatomi says:

Im sorry…WHY are you looking at it?

  44. SaiyuriSatomi says:

I would rather be ugly in looks then like you in personality. I personally pity people who define who that are by what they look like rather then what you do and I openly laugh at people who are cruel to others because they need to make themselves feel big. The world laughs AT people like you. Not with you. Your the ugly one, and you need to light yourself on fire, or at least get fixed so you cant bring any more trolls into the world.

  45. ArmyWife says:

Looks like the army wives here @ fort Campbell.
Good thing I haven’t let myself go like all these other wives. It’s really gross how many people here look like this.
Funny, on a fort campbell forum some fat army wife posted this, ugh.

  46. ArmyWife says:

jennifer you can go to hell. Im an army spouse and I dont look anywhere near as horrendous as she does.

  47. heather says:

just because it is bigger does not mean it is bigger

  48. heather says:

    i mean better

  49. kristen says:

diabetes shmiabetes 14 or 40 what the hell are people like that thinking, why do they think other people want to see that, she has choice when she gets up in the morning, let me gross and disgust people by wearing this (which is just inappropriate) or get some pants and shirts that fit they even give them out at salvation army if you cant afford them, Im sure she could find something that fits.

  50. Xtine66 says:

Do you know what you look like
    Before you go out?….

  51. Mr Worf says:

This is the female equivalent of Windows Vista.

  52. Aimee says:

The dude that took this pic is in the Army, wonder if that’s what he got when he DX’ed his old stuff? Clear evidence of military budget cuts.

  53. Gracey says:

To whomever took the photo, though it is unlikely you will see this I want to thank you for serving.

  54. Chloe says:

If she’s the upgrade, I don’t even wanna see the chick before her….

  55. Da fortagrapher says:

This was taken in wateing for the stut club!

  56. OMFJB says:

    Kill it with fire!!

  57. Sara says:

I just LOVE that this was taken by a soldier…HOOAH!

  58. Maggie says:

Hahaha love that it was obviously taken from that angle so the woman wouldn’t notice

  59. SarahTheSunburned says:

The woman in the picture is ridiculously sloppy and should take a LOT more pride in her appearance. OK, that being said, I am growing tired of the weight comments regarding military spouses in general. I am a larger woman and I have been a Navy spouse for 5 years but I am ALWAYS presentable, polished and dressed appropriately for my size when I leave the house. No exceptions. I was the same size when my husband and I were married and I have worked full time the entire time, doing occasional volunteer work on the side and keeping a nice home. I am a “fat chick”, as so many of you would probably put it (I am sure your bodies are model material), but I am productive. Not all fat chick military wives are lazy and good-for-nothing. Those boys aren’t angels either;)

    • KMan says:

Congratulations. You sound comfortable with your size. And i think that regardless of here size the lass above would manage to look like a laughing stock.
You must wonder about her upbringing, and the fact that she neither has a mirror, nor friends to advise her.

  60. sean says:

if this is the upgrade what was i dating before

  61. bob_turbino says:

Too tired to see is someone said it already… If windows Vista had a poster girl, this is it.

  62. fkasdhaiwdn says:

He needed his camo pants to sneak this picture…

  63. ExAF says:

Those are Air Force ABUs hahahaha

  64. Kay says:

@ExAF That’s most definitely Army ACU. ABU’s are more tiger stripe look while the ACU’s are a digital pattern, like in the picture.

  65. kristine says:

THE GUY WHO TOOK THE PICTURE…… HIS ” pants ” ARE NOT ANY BETTER !

  66. Andrea says:

This pic looks like it was taken at the DMV in Colorado Springs….

  67. chuck says:

If that’s the upgrade, I’d hate to see the downgrade. Haha
