I’m pretty sure that even if I interviewed every person in this picture, their families, and their elementary school classmates, and then met the photographer to recreate the events of the hours leading up to this moment using complicated flow charts, timelines, and forensic evidences, that I STILL would have no clue what’s going on here.

I think one of them may be prosthetic. I think the striped legwarmer is hiding the spot where it attaches.
You could be right, but when they make prostheses, if you have one natural leg left, they make your prosthetic one an exact match in terms of thickness all the way up the leg…so you would think the two legs would match a little better.
Depends on how long ago she got the prosthetic I suppose.
I forget that in my country, if your legs looked that different because one had changed since you got a prosthesis, you would qualify for a new or remodelled leg for free. Different in a land without a national health service, I suppose.

her smaller leg is a prosthetic u moron -_- and not all fake limbs are the same size, I have a friend with a fake leg, and his is not the same size as his opposite leg. sheesh

It’s not a prosthetic. It’s a leg that has atrophied from lack of use, probably due to an extended period of time spent in a cast. Older you get the more frail your bones.

I have seen at least 2 other online pics of this same woman wearing different crazy outfits. It’s making me want to find out who she is! Like, not specifically who, I don’t need that info. But why does she dress like this & where is she at? Is it a festival or something?
I have noticed that too. I think maybe she has some mental issues, sad really.
I think it’s hard to say. I know of a lot of people who happily costume at conventions & the like, and also some people who are just weird ’cause it’s fun! ;o)

There are actually several pictures of her on here, and from what my friend tells me, she goes out regularly like this and has a good sense of humor. At the end of life, do you want to take it sitting down, or give yourself, and the world a great laugh?
