That looks like Kier Kirby from from Deee-Lite. She’s into that outrageous sort of fashion stuff so it’s very possible. Actually I’m gpnna go out on a limb and say yes, that is her and yes, that is a real woman.
I agree totally! That’s who I thought (I knew!) it was as soon as I saw her. Its a funky outfit, but she’s a funky chick. Hey, if I could wear stuff like that to work I probably would, lol.
I also knew it was her the second I seen that picture. I never miss that pretty face. I absolutely adore this woman and generally like about 99% of things she wore (especially all the catsuits!) and am convinced that she can wear ANYTHING, even a Hefty Hefty Hefty trashbag, and still make it look good.
