This old gentleman looks a lot like “Willie The Pimp”. a north Florida man who’s appeared so often on People of Walmart that he has his own following. he’s actually a nice old guy who dresses flamboyantly because he knows that people get a charge out of it when he show up.

I also understand Willy is a well known musician down in Florida – I think someone said his songs are loaded with curses but I could be wrong.
