they say the camera adds 10 pounds. well sequin adds at least 20. thats why figure skaters wear it: it makes them look less anorexic.

OMG yes! I could probably get you a link to that exact costume online, too—the company still sells them. When I’m picking out costumes, I tend to stay away from that part.
The question is WHY? This lady looks perfectly normal from the neck up, with the hair and the glasses. Why would she need this outfit? What is it for? This bothers me more than it should, I want answers.

I can see what looks like a costume room in the back there… The obvious explanation for this outfit is that the lady is part of a theatre troupe that’s about to put on their own version of a Takarazuka musical… But not quite as sparkly.
