I know in your D.A.R.E. classes you learned to say “no” to drugs, well I would like to add an addendum to that. SAY NO TO THIS GUY! No matter what sort of sugary treat he offers (this week it is gumballs) the price he asks is far to high. He is not the sort of person you want to owe a “favor” too.

No really, I’ve seen this court-jester crap come up a couple times, and I don’t understand it. So could someone please explain it to me? Is it some sort of divining device you use to find water at the post-apocalyptic harvest festival this woman appears to be dressed for? Or maybe looking like you have the bottom half of a scarecrow stuck to your head keeps the birds away? Is she auditioning for the Broadway production of Bride of Frankenstein: The Early Years?
